Dr. Saunya Burkhart is a dedicated optometrist with over a decade of experience in providing exceptional eye care. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Northeastern State Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2010 and has since been committed to helping patients achieve clear, healthy vision. Dr. Burkhart combines advanced diagnostic technology with a personalized approach to ensure every patient receives high-quality, comprehensive eye exams and vision care.​

Passionate about patient education and preventative care, Dr. Burkhart takes the time to understand each individual's visual needs and lifestyle. Whether it's fitting contact lenses, managing eye diseases, or providing routine eye exams, she’s focused on delivering the best possible outcomes with compassion and expertise. Her goal is to make every visit a comfortable, informative, and positive experience for the entire family.​

Outside the clinic, Dr. Burkhart enjoys exploring new places through travel and hiking, savoring delicious food and wine, and taking on home improvement projects. She’s also a proud dog mom to four lovable rescue pups who keep life full of joy and adventure. Additionally she cherishes living at the lake, enjoying the many activities Grand Lake has to offer.
